Dear Vanessa,
I understand your concern. Unremarkable with C7 radiculopathy on Electromyography means the causes of cervical 7 nerve roots is damaged. Usually cervical spine causes it like facet joint arthropathy, disc prolapse at cervical spine, cervical spine sprain injuries etc. But MRI rules out all other possibilities.
That is why the reporting doctor considered Brachial plexus ( A nerve pathway providing nerves for arms) injury. Rotator cuff injury could also be considered for such presentation.
The treatment of brachial plexus injury will depend on extent and severity of injury, time of injury and associated comorbidities. Right now, physical therapy is the mainstay of therapy with aim and target to make sure the range of mobility of arm is patent and not affected.
Talk to your neurologist and let them sort out the ethology for the brachial plexopathy and see what comes up. Nerve conduction studies may be advised.
